Carnelian, rock crystal, amathest, jet, and garnet are strung on 4 strands of waxed silk.
this project was based off of late viking finds, and all the semi precious stones are native to
northern europe. Amber wasn't used as it had fallen out of fashion by the middle viking period.
these stones are also suitable for saxon jewelry.
